30 City Simultaneous Satellite Broadcast for End User Prospects
With a single, one day, 30 city Satellite Broadcast Event, Lotus Development had to attract and communicate their new product offering to new prospects across North America. No second chances were planned or budgeted.

End User Seminar 50 City Series Management

Lotus Development, Kodak and Compaq

Racicot & Associates implemented and managed the ten city pilot which was so successful that it was followed by a forty city North American tour.

Results: Created awareness and increased product Racicot & Associates managed relationships with Kodak, Compaq and InFocus Systems Inc. and insured that that coordinated messages were on strategy.

Success: Product sales extremely high. Racicot & Associates was also responsible for instituting changes to direct mail and telemarketing tools which resulted in an increase of 125% in event attendance.

A Conference That Convinced Users to Adopt a New Product Strategy

Progress Software Corporation was faced with convincing their users to adopt a new platform strategy and to solidify the user’s commitment through technical training. Their goal was to complete both tasks at the biannual Progress Software Worldwide User Conference.

Results: Successfully managed the activities, efforts, training and organization of dozens of internal and external groups and speakers, redesigned the conference evaluation form, and brought in specialized resources. Racicot & Associates also reviewed and coordinated the technical tracks and presenters.

Success: This Worldwide User Conference was rated as the most successful and best attended conference in the company's history. In addition to contracted responsibilities, Racicot & Associates designed and instituted session evaluation forms, coordinated videotape creation ensured consistency of messaging and directed the first (non-paper) production of the Worldwide Conference Proceedings on CD-ROM. Speaker evaluations and technical sessions were rated significantly higher than any previous conference.

Domino.Jet - An Executive Event That Leveraged Millions in Revenue

Lotus Development and IBM Corp.

Lotus and IBM wanted to penetrate new industries with a new offering: Domino on the AS/400. Racicot & Associates was engaged to make this high visibility program a success.

Results: Racicot & Associates provided a single point of contact and accountability for everything from chartering the airplane through event follow up and measurement. Racicot and Associates managed all personnel and processes including invitations, confirmations, registration, logistics, communications, handouts/collateral and gifts. In addition to contracted responsibilities, Racicot & Associates produced and delivered a new videotape, to be shown on the chartered jet and as a meeting opener.
